A tablet PC is different from other PC’s in such a way that it uses touch screen technology. It uses a stylus or your fingertip in making inputs instead of a keyboard or mouse. The X Series Tablet of Lenovo also uses touch screen technology and the regular keyboard as a way for you to input data. This series is often used by educators and executives who need powerful devices to improve their productivity.An added feature in this series is that it is spill-resistant. If you accidentally splash your coffee on the keyboard you don’t have to worry since it is designed to safely drain away any liquid that may try to enter the system.

There is currently one model in this series which is the X200.

    I have a x series from Lenovo for the last 2 years and I must say firstly that it is the best constructed small laptop I have owned.

    The tablet allows you to do many extra things that other laptops will not. For instance we have a customer fronting mechanical business where we have to show clients on the spot technicalities of the project. We can easily do this by swivelling the screen.

    I am looking for an upgrade, is there any bigger and faster Lenovo X series tablets around?

    I think the latest version is the Lenovo Tablet x200. I bought this recently and touch wood I’ve had no problems with it.

    For the size the x200 tablet comes with a good processor (Intel Core 2 Duo SL9600 processor LV), and good memory (4 GB PC3-8500 DDR3 (2 DIMM). Doing some research most similar models in the market do not offer these hardware specs.

    I am sure this would be plenty fast enough for your requirements?
